The static mixing tube utilizes advanced technology for fluid mixing, primarily designed for complete blending of two-component adhesives (A glue and B glue). The internal spiral rod consists of alternating left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly within the casing.

As fluid flows through the mixing tube, gravitational, centrifugal, and shear forces cause continuous division and recombination - splitting from one stream into two, then four, then eight. This automated process eliminates manual mixing difficulties and ensures uniform material distribution without external power requirements.
