Product Operating Principle
The static mixer/mixing tube utilizes advanced technology for mixing various fluids, primarily designed for complete mixing of two-component adhesives (A glue and B glue). The internal spiral rod consists of a series of left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly in sequence within the casing. As fluid passes through the mixing tube, it undergoes continuous division and recombination through gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force action, achieving uniform automatic mixing without external power requirements.
This technology eliminates difficulties and quality issues associated with manual mixing operations. The fluid undergoes continuous cutting and overlapping as it passes through the mixer, creating lamination phenomena that transform two materials into uniformly mixed substances, achieving optimal mixing results.
