Operating Principle
The static mixing tube utilizes advanced technology for fluid mixing, primarily designed for complete mixing of two-component adhesives (A glue and B glue). The internal spiral rod consists of a series of left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly in sequence within the casing. As fluid passes through the mixing tube, it undergoes continuous division and recombination through the action of gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force, achieving uniform automatic mixing without external power requirements.
