Operating Principle
The static mixing tube utilizes advanced technology for fluid mixing, primarily designed for two-component adhesive systems (A and B components). The internal spiral structure features alternating left and right helical blades arranged perpendicularly within the casing. As fluid flows through, it undergoes continuous division and recombination through cutting and laminar flow phenomena, achieving uniform mixing without external power requirements.
