Product Operating Principle
The static mixer/mixing tube utilizes advanced technology for mixing various fluids, primarily designed for complete mixing of two-component adhesives (A glue and B glue). The internal spiral rod consists of a series of left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly in sequence within the casing. As fluid passes through the mixing tube, it undergoes continuous division and recombination through the spiral blades under gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force effects. This automated mixing process eliminates difficulties and quality issues associated with manual operations, requiring no external power source while achieving optimal mixing results through continuous cutting and lamination phenomena.
