- Speed: Maximum throughput of 2000 pieces per single cycle. Actual production capacity for conventional cells: 1200–1800 pieces/hour; actual capacity for BC cells: 1000–1200 pieces/hour.
- Excellent Grid Compatibility: Compatible with 2BB to 20BB and BC rear grids.
- Wide Compatibility for Cell Sizes: Supports cell dimensions of 125mm, 156mm, 158mm, 166mm, 182mm, and 210mm.
- Compatibility for Top & Bottom Cut Half-cells: Supports cut cells with width ≥30mm and <166mm within 125–210mm total cell width. Compatible with left/right half-cells: 78mm, 83mm, 91mm, 105mm for dual-string welding; cell width ≥30mm.
- Fast & convenient specification switching for different grid types and cell widths.
- Perfect soldering compatibility with commercially available HJT, TOPCon, PERC and copper grid solar cells. Applicable to BC cells from brands including Huanghe, LONGi, Aikosolar, Jinko.
- Automatic EL String Inspection. Adopts AI intelligent recognition system to automatically identify and sort defects of welded cell strings, including hidden cracks, cold solder, broken cells, offset solder, black chips, broken grids.
