Equipment Performance
1. This machine adopts the latest high-frequency electromagnetic welding technology,
compatible with all conventional monocrystalline and polycrystalline solar cells.
2. It supports layout assembly and busbar welding for 1-string, 2-string, 3-string and 4-string cell
configurations.
3. Compatible with double-end busbar welding and dual-string lead wire welding of solar cell strings.
4. Applicable cell string dimensions: width 78mm–210mm, length 200mm–700mm.
5. Main grid & ribbon compatibility: supports welding for cells with two or more main grid lines.
6. Applicable busbar specifications: thickness 0.12mm–0.3mm, width 2mm–6mm.
7. Integrated functions include automatic glass loading, EVA film laying, cell string layout and busbar
soldering, lead wire welding, insulating strip pasting, power testing, cell string heating and positioning,
as well as backsheet covering and lead wire penetrating.
