V400-BRF Series Fluorine Lining Butterfly Valve
 
BRF Series Fluorine Lining Butterfly Valve features simple construction, small size, light weight, large flow capacity, great sealing performance, and small open and close torque, especially excellent shut-off and throttling performance. It is suitable for any strong corrosive fluid except for molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine.
Fluorine lining butterfly valve adopts center line-type construction; the fluid force on both sides of the disc is basically equal therefore the small open and close torque and bi-directional sealing. The valve has smooth flow and low flow resistance since the liner is fixed by two body pieces, and the seat is integrated with the liner. The shaft has four kinds of seal construction to ensure no leakage; the body groove outside the liner is supplemented with anti-temperature and anti-aging silicone rubber elastic gasket to guarantee thorough zero leakage.
Pneumatic fluorine lining butterfly valve is usually equipped with dual-piston gear-rack cylinder actuator, spring return or double acting cylinder is optional. Other actuator types such as electric motor and hydraulic cylinder are also available.
