Product Description

The HPC high-pressure cage-type control valve is a pressure-balanced control valve. The fluid channel of the valve body is in an S-shaped streamline design, featuring small pressure drop loss, large flow rate, and a wide adjustable range. Equipped with a multi-spring diaphragm actuator, the valve has a compact structure and large output force. It is widely applicable to high-pressure drop occasions requiring good dynamic stability, low noise, and little cavitation corrosion.

2. The allowable pressure difference condition when the valve is closed is ΔP=P1 (P2=0), and the pressure difference at full closure varies slightly with different outlet pressures P2.
3. The maximum allowable pressure difference must not exceed the maximum value specified in ANSI B16.34 or JIS B2201.
4. The inlet pressure P1 must not exceed the allowable pressure difference when closed.
