V400-BAF Series Fluorine Lining Ball Valve for any strong corrosive fluid except for molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine.
BAF Series Fluorine Lining Ball Valve adopts full diameter and floating ball construction, which guarantees no leakage under rated pressure range and easiness for pipeline maintenance.
Perluoro ethylene propylene copolymer (FEP is referred to as F46) lined ball valve has a very high chemical stability and is suitable for any strong corrosive fluid except for molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine.
The sphere and the shaft are casted or forged as one, therefore shaft anti-washed off is impossible to ensure safe operation. Fluorine lining ball valve features simple and reasonable construction, small valve chamber space to reduce fluid retention. Special molding process can make sure good sealing surface density and no leakage. Pneumatic fluorine lining ball valve is usually equipped with dual-piston gear-rack cylinder actuator, spring return or double action cylinder is optional. Other actuator types such as electric motor and hydraulic cylinder are also available.
