Self-Operated Pressure Control Valve needs no external energy; the medium’s own energy is used as the power source. The product is suitable for no electricity and no gas occasions, it not only saves energy, but also saves wiring, piping and equipment costs. The pressure setting can be adjusted at any time during the adjustable range. The valve features quick open flow characteristic, quick action, excellent seal, high precision adjustment, small size and easy regulation, therefore it is widely suitable for decompression and pressure relief (outlet
regulation) or vent and relief (inlet regulation) of gas, liquid or steam in petrochemical, chemical, metallurgy, food, light industry, machinery manufacturing and building control systems, etc.
There are three kinds of trim types: ZZYP single seated control valve, ZZYM cage guided control valve and ZZYN double seated control valve, which can be determined by different kinds of occasions (differential pressure, temperature and fluid status).
There are three kinds of bonnet types: plain, extension (wide pressure setting range) and finextension.
There are three kinds of actuator types: diaphragm (ordinary diaphragm and enhanced diaphragm), piston cylinder and metallic.

Valve Internal Construction

ZZYP-16B Self-operated pressure single seated control valve (outlet regulation)
Self-Operated Pressure Control Valve is designed to control outlet pressure, acting type
is pressure to close. The working principle is as followed: the fluid, according to the arrow
direction, is introduced into the valve body through the plug and the seat. The other, after
cooled down by the condenser (when the fluid is steam) in introduced into the diaphragm to
move the plug to achieve decompression and regulation. When the outlet pressure is higher
than the setting point, the force on the diaphragm is getting bigger to compress the spring and
move the plug to the close position until the outlet pressure is lowered to the setting point;
however if the outlet pressure is lower than the setting point, the force is getting smaller to
move the plug to the open position until the outlet pressure is up to the setting point.
ZZYP-16K Self-operated pressure single seated control valve (inlet regulation)
Self-Operated Pressure Control Valve is designed to control inlet pressure, acting type is
pressure to open. The working principle is basically the same as the outlet pressure control
valve, however the fluid force moves the plug to the opposite position to achieve vent and
regulation.
