Product Description

V500-ZHCB Cage Guided Double Seated Control Valves are pressure-balanced. The compact valve body, having an S-shape flow passage that features low pressure loss and a stabilizer that regulates turbulent flow around the cage, allows a large flow capacity, rangeability, and high accuracy flow characteristics. The valve plug is highly vibration-resistant as it is held by a top guide section which has a large sliding area. The model ZHCB Control Valves, featuring dynamic stability, low noise and high cavitation-resistance, are widely applicable for reliable control of clean fluid of high differential pressure in high and low temperature.

The standard actuator configuration is multi-spring diaphragm, other actuator types such as pneumatic cylinder, electric motor and hydraulic cylinder are also available.
