HLSW Pneumatic Small-bore Single-seat Bellows Sealed Control Valve
HLSW bellows sealed small-bore single-seat control valve adopts a bellows sealing structure for the upper valve bonnet, which can completely eliminate the possibility of process medium leaking out from the valve stem movement gap. This is one of the significant characteristics of bellows sealed valves. Due to the deformability and excellent anti-aging property of the bellows element itself, this type of control valve completely overcomes the common weaknesses of packed sealed valves, such as packing aging and temperature difference sensitivity. Secondly, the adoption of a bellows-packing double sealing structure ensures better safety and reliability. Therefore, it is widely used in automatic control systems for rare and special media such as highly toxic, strongly corrosive, and radioactive media. The control valve is equipped with a multi-spring diaphragm actuator, which has a compact structure and large output force.

Remarks:
1.The maximum allowable pressure difference shall not exceed the maximum value specified in the ANSI B 16.34 or JIS B 2201 standard. 2.The upper number in the same cell is the allowable pressure difference when the valve is normally open, and the lower number indicates the allowable pressure difference when the valve is fully closed. |
