HPF Lined Plastic Bellows Control Valve
 
The HPF lined plastic bellows control valve is a corrosion-resistant straight-through single-seated control valve. The inner wall of the valve body and the internal valve components that come into contact with the fluid are all lined with F46 anti-corrosion material. A bellows assembly is installed inside the valve. The top of the valve core is hermetically connected to the upper end of the PTFE bellows, and the lower end of the bellows is hermetically connected to the valve body, upper valve bonnet and support with bolts and nuts. In this way, the bellows isolates the medium from the outside world, ensuring that the valve core moves flexibly up and down. The valve has the following advantages:

 

  1. It can resist corrosion from almost all chemical media (including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia).
  2. It has excellent sealing performance. Once the bellows is damaged, the control valve packing can serve as a second protective seal.
