MVS 1110 Mechanical Vibration Switch

The MVS1110 mechanical vibration switch meets all occasions where a mechanical vibration switch is required and can provide the most economical vibration protection for machinery running at medium and low speeds. It is equipped with a simple structure, highly reliable off-center fast-acting sensor and spring mechanism. This chassis vibration switch is easy to install, compact, low-priced, and has strong anti-interference ability.

When the vibration along the switch sensing axis exceeds the set point, the switch sensing mechanism will switch from the non-triggering stable state to the triggering stable state. When extreme vibration occurs, the machine can be automatically shut down or alarmed. Once the vibration causes a trigger, the switch must be restored to the non-triggering state through the on-site reset button, or the reset coil can be selected for remote reset.

The MVS1110 mechanical vibration switch provides a single set point SPDT micro switch, and the micro switch contacts can be connected to the mechanical control or warning circuit. Users can also select two SPDT micro switches to meet the control needs of DPDT, but the set points of these two SPDT micro switches are the same.
