 PP NS5 Spray Nozzle For Marley Cooling Tower Maintenance

 

This plastic spray nozzle for cooling tower is made from ABS material. It has no internal parts as other nozzles. The below attached diffusion ring will not retain fibrous debris.
The unique "Full cone" distribution pattern guarantee the uniform water distribution into the cooling tower fill blocks. It could provisde the uniform water distribution even near spray boundaries with minimal spray overlap.
The diameter of water outlet is about 44mm, the outlet water pressure is very low water pressure and non-clogging.

The orifice sizes (1”-3 1/2”) of Cooling tower NS nozzles are large enough that many competitive nozzles will actually fit inside a Cooling tower nozzle. Cooling tower counterflow nozzles have no internal parts or narrow passageways. The attached diffusion ring will not retain even fibrous debris.
“Full cone” distribution pattern assures uniform water distribution for all film fills. Minimal spray overlap is required, providing uniform water distribution even near spray boundaries. Cooling tower NS counterflow nozzles develop uniform water distribution over a wide range of operating water pressures.
