Structure

It is generally composed of a motor, pump body, air filter, pressure sensor, controller and other parts. The motor provides power for the air pump and drives the pump body to work. The air filter is used to filter the air entering the air pump to prevent impurities from entering the system. The pressure sensor monitors the air pressure inside the air spring in real time and transmits the signal to the controller. The controller controls the working state of the air pump based on the preset pressure value and the feedback signal from the sensor, achieving automatic inflation and pressure regulation.

Working Process

Inflation stage: The motor drives the piston to compress air, which enters the air storage tank through the check valve. The machine will automatically stop when the pressure reaches the set value (such as 8bar).
Regulation stage: The control unit, based on the signal from the vehicle body height sensor, inflates or deflates the air spring through the distribution valve. Each regulation takes 3 to 5 seconds.
Safety protection: When the pressure exceeds 12bar, the safety valve opens to relieve pressure. The motor will automatically cut off power when it overheats.
