Chemical bonding technology is primarily employed to produce nonwoven materials with a three-dimensional network structure, characterized by fluffy texture.

Synthetic fiber raw materials undergo processes including opening, blending, carding, web laying, adhesive spraying, drying and shaping, surface ironing, and winding to produce fluffy rolls. Different fiber combinations and process adjustments can be chosen according to various market demands to produce products with different weights and fluffiness.

 

 

The nonwoven production line produces nonwoven fabric products with insulation and good thermal insulation properties, used as fillings for clothing and bedding.

The production line configuration is flexibly adapted to different products and automation requirements, mainly including fiber opening and blending equipment, carding machine, air-laid web forming machine, spraying device and oven, cooling and shaping, standard ironing, and cutting and winding machines to meet production needs, offering a wide range of product specifications.
