The thermal bonding oven utilizes the circular hot air penetration to heat the fiber web containing low-melting fibers, thus achieving the bonding and reinforcement of the fiber web, resulting in the formation of bonded fiber web. As the essential part in thermal bonding production line it works for producing various product in high or low GSM and different density such as thermal bonded wadding, mattress padding, insulation materials, acoustic panel, filter and etc.
