Applications:
Needle punching machine as the essential part of nonwoven production line, it utilizes the high frequency needling work to penetrate the fluffy fiber web repeatedly to compress the fibers web while make fibers entangled with each other to create cohesive force, so that converts to nonwoven felt product with certain thickness and strength.
Needle punching machines are classified in different types in terms of needling speed, stoke direction, number of needle zones, structures and etc.
It's applicable for making a variety of nonwovens products: carpet, felt, interlining, geotextile, filtration media, substrate felt of asphalt , insole board, synthetic leather and etc.
