Product Performance

This product is compounded with low-ash detergents, single-grafted ashless dispersants, etc. It has excellent detergency, lubricity, low ash content and outstanding smoke emission performance. It also can reduce exhaust system blockage and has good antirust and anti-pre-ignition performance. The air-cooled two-stroke gasoline engine oils of FB, FC and FD grades formulated with this product meet the performance indicators of Japanese JASO M345 FB, FC and FD.

Packaging and Acceptance

• This product is packaged in standard iron drums, or in BIC ton drums or other packaging forms according to customer needs.
• Product identification, sample retention, and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with SH/T0164 standard.

Product Storage, Transportation, and Compounding Agent Blending Operations and Precautions

• The product shall be stored, loaded and unloaded in accordance with the SH/T0164 standard, and must be clearly labeled during transportation, storage and use to prevent mixing and cross contamination with other petroleum products.
• When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃.
• Long term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
• Single dose and composite product shelf life: 24 months (at ambient temperature). After opening and using, pay attention to sealed storage.

Health and Safety

• The products in this manual are non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and are similar to general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.

• Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin during use, prevent accidental ingestion, and keep away from children.

• Wear protective gloves when using, and the operator does not need to take special safety precautions. Once it splashes into the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.

• Store the product in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, away from sources of fire. Heat source.

• Waste packaging materials, oil liquids, and waste residues should be handed over to qualified units for recycling and disposal, and are prohibited from being discharged into water bodies or soil.
