Product Performance

This product is a high-quality compound additive specially designed for heavy-duty vehicle gear oils. It is suitable for formulating hypoid gear oils for vehicle rear axles and vehicle transmission oils. It meets the ASTM D7450-2013 and GB13895-2018 standards for heavy-duty vehicle gear oils (GL-5). It has excellent extreme pressure protection performance, thermal stability and oxidation stability. The oil products formulated with this product have the characteristic of maintaining the long service life of vehicles.This product has passed the bench tests of L-42, L-37, L-33-1 and L-60-1 conducted by the Southwest Research Institute in the United States.

Packaging and Acceptance

• This product is packaged in standard iron drums, or in BIC ton drums or other packaging forms according to customer needs.
• Product identification, sample retention, and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with SH/T0164 standard.

Product Storage, Transportation, and Compounding Agent Blending Operations and Precautions

• The product shall be stored, loaded and unloaded in accordance with the SH/T0164 standard, and must be clearly labeled during transportation, storage and use to prevent mixing and cross contamination with other petroleum products.
• When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃.
• Long term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
• Single dose and composite product shelf life: 24 months (at ambient temperature). After opening and using, pay attention to sealed storage.

Health and Safety

• The products in this manual are non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and are similar to general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.
• Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin during use, prevent accidental ingestion, and keep away from children.
• Wear protective gloves when using, and the operator does not need to take special safety precautions. Once it splashes into the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
• Store the product in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, away from sources of fire. Heat source.
• Waste packaging materials, oil liquids, and waste residues should be handed over to qualified units for recycling and disposal, and are prohibited from being discharged into water bodies or soil.
