Product Performance
This product is compounded from a variety of high-quality single agents such as extreme pressure agents, antioxidants, detergent- dispersants, antiwear agents, antifoaming agents and rust inhibitors, etc. It can be added to Group II, Group III, PAO and ester synthetic base oils.
Product Feature
- Outstanding oxidation stability to prevent the formation of carbon deposits and paint films on the air valves and other components.
- Excellent corrosion resistance, which can effectively protect the metal surface of the compressor and extend its service life.
- Good air release performance to avoid cavitation and maintain the maximum compression ratio.
- Good antiwear performance to effectively prevent the wear and tear between the sliding vanes and rings in the air compressor.
- Excellent antifoaming performance, not easy to form an excessive foam layer.
Scope of Application
- It is suitable for the lubricating oils of rotary air compressors such as oil-immersed, oil-injected or oil-sprayed sliding vane-type, Roots-type and screw-type compressors, and is also applicable to piston compressor oils.
- Can be used to formulate L-DAG, L-DAH and L-DAJ screw rotary compressor oils.
- Can be used to formulate L-DAA, L-DAB and L-DAC piston reciprocating compressor oils.
Recommended Dosage and Base Oil
- Dosage of screw air compressor oil: L-DAG: 0.6%; L-DAH:1.1%; L-DAJ:1.5%; L-DAA:0.25%; L-DAB:0.35%; L-DAC:0.4%
- Ordinary screw air compressor oil: For Chinese standard mineral oil, it is recommended to use base oils such as 150N, 250N or imported base oils of the same grade.
- Semi-synthetic screw air compressor oil: 40% synthetic PAO or diester base oil + 60% Chinese standard mineral oil.
- Fully synthetic screw air compressor oil: PAO and esters are synthesized into base oils.
- The base oil requires a high viscosity index and a high flash point. Using deeply refined hydrotreated mineral oils or synthetic oils as base oils can effectively extend the service life of the oil products.

Product Appearance
Packaging and acceptance
- This product is packaged in standard iron drums, or in BIC ton drums or other packaging forms according to customer needs.
- Product identification, sample retention, and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with SH/T0164 standard.
Product storage, transportation, and compounding agent blending operations and precautions
- The product shall be stored, loaded and unloaded in accordance with the SH/T0164 standard, and must be clearly labeled during transportation, storage and use to prevent mixing and cross contamination with other petroleum products.
- When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃.
- Long term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
- Single dose and composite product shelf life: 24 months (at ambient temperature). After opening and using, pay attention to sealed storage.
Health and Safety
- The products in this manual are non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and are similar to general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.
- Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin during use, prevent accidental ingestion, and keep away from children.
- Wear protective gloves when using, and the operator does not need to take special safety precautions. Once it splashes into the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
- Store the product in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, away from sources of fire. Heat source.
- Waste packaging materials, oil liquids, and waste residues should be handed over to qualified units for recycling and disposal, and are prohibited from being discharged into water bodies or soil.
