BSD-78661A Universal Gear Oil Additive Package (High Phosphorus)

Product Performance

This product is a gear oil compound additive with a high phosphorus content, which is compounded and formulated from various high-quality extreme pressure agent, antioxidant, metal deactivator, rust inhibitor, etc. The formulated oil has excellent extreme pressure and antiwear antirust and anticorrosion performances during application. It can lastingly and effectively protect the tooth surface of gear from damage under harsh conditions, and has good anti-scuffing and anti-sintering performances. It also can prevent sludge deposition. The oil products formulated with this compound additive can meet the standard of GB13895-2018.

Packaging and Storage

• 200L metal drum packaging, stored in a dry, clean, and ventilated warehouse at a certain temperature
• Long term temperature not exceeding 45 ℃. This product is non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive.
• It is equivalent to general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and usage.
• When using, avoid contact with strong oxidants. When in contact with the skin, rinse thoroughly with soapy water.

Product storage,Transportation, and Compounding Agent Blending Operations and Precautions

• The product shall be stored, loaded and unloaded in accordance with the SH/T0164 standard, and must be clearly labeled during transportation, storage and use to prevent mixing and cross contamination with other petroleum products.
• When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃;
• Long term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
• Single dose and composite product shelf life: 24 months (at ambient temperature). After opening and using,
• pay attention to sealed storage.

Health and Safety

• The products in this manual are non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and are similar to general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.
• Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin during use, prevent accidental ingestion, and keep away from children.
• Wear protective gloves when using, and the operator does not need to take special safety precautions. Once it splashes into the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
• Store the product in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, away from sources of fire. Heat source.
• Waste packaging materials, oil liquids, and waste residues should be handed over to qualified units for recycling and disposal, and are prohibited from being discharged into water bodies or soil.
