Product performance
BSD-4815 product is a dark amber transparent oily liquid. Nano lanthanum borate prepared through a series of chemical reactions and refining processes is modified by surface modification and dispersed into a carrier using a dispersant. Belonging to non-toxic, low ash nano level anti-wear and anti-wear products. It is an excellent nano energy-saving and fuel saving lubricant (grease) additive applied in various occasions.

- L has extraordinary anti friction and anti-wear properties, improving the maximum non jamming load of oil products;
- L has clean dispersion and antioxidant properties;
- L is less toxic than sulfur phosphorus and has both anti-corrosion properties;
- Compared with organic molybdenum, it has a lighter color and lower cost.
Application scope and recommended dosage
- L can be used as a universal friction reducer and applied in oil products such as internal combustion engine oil, vehicle gear oil, industrial gear oil, etc;
- L can also be used to reduce friction resistance, minimize wear, and save fuel, electricity, and other power equipment, as well as lubricating grease for instruments.
- Recommended dosage: Internal combustion engine oil 0.3-1.0%; Vehicle gear oil 0.3-1.5%; Industrial gear oil 0.5-1.0%; Lubricating grease 0.5-4.0%.

Product Appearance
Packaging and acceptance
This product is packaged in standard iron drums, or in BIC ton drums or other packaging forms according
to customer needs.
Product identification, sample retention, and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with
SH/T0164 standard.
Product storage, transportation, and compounding agent blending operations and precautions
The product shall be stored, loaded and unloaded in accordance with the SH/T0164 standard, and must be
clearly labeled during transportation, storage and use to prevent mixing and cross contamination with other
petroleum products;
When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃;
Long term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
Single dose and composite product shelf life: 24 months (at ambient temperature). After opening and using,
pay attention to sealed storage.
Health and Safety
The products in this manual are non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and are similar to general
petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.
Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin during use, prevent accidental ingestion, and keep away
from children.
Wear protective gloves when using, and the operator does not need to take special safety precautions. Once
it splashes into the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
Store the product in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, away from sources of fire. Heat source.
Waste packaging materials, oil liquids, and waste residues should be handed over to qualified units for recycling
and disposal, and are prohibited from being discharged into water bodies or soil.
