Product performance

BSD-3610B is a widely used energy-saving extreme pressure anti-wear agent that is non-toxic, phosphorus free, low sulfur, low ash, light in color, and odorless. It is processed from nano copper salt friction reducers, high-temperature antioxidants, metal activators, and advanced synthetic esters.

2, Product features:

Has outstanding extreme pressure and anti-wear properties, as well as rust and corrosion resistance;

L has excellent anti friction, anti-oxidation, and sealing adaptability.

3, Scope of application:

As an anti-wear and anti friction agent, it can be packaged into small packages and added to automotive maintenance products;

Applied to internal combustion engine oil, gear oil, and anti-wear hydraulic oil.

L can be used as an extreme pressure anti-wear agent component in metal cutting oil and forming oil.

Recommended dosage:

Internal combustion engine oil 1%; Vehicle gear oil 0.8%; Industrial gear oil 0.5%; Motorcycle oil 1%; Wear resistant hydraulic oil 0.3%; 0.3% of car maintenance products; 5% in metal cutting oil and forming oil

Product Appearance

Packaging and acceptance
This product is packaged in standard iron drums, or in BIC ton drums or other packaging forms according

to customer needs.
Product identification, sample retention, and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with

SH/T0164 standard.

Product storage, transportation, and compounding agent blending operations and precautions
The product shall be stored, loaded and unloaded in accordance with the SH/T0164 standard, and must be

clearly labeled during transportation, storage and use to prevent mixing and cross contamination with other

petroleum products;
When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃;
Long term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
Single dose and composite product shelf life: 24 months (at ambient temperature). After opening and using,

pay attention to sealed storage.

Health and Safety
The products in this manual are non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and are similar to general

petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.
Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin during use, prevent accidental ingestion, and keep away

from children.
Wear protective gloves when using, and the operator does not need to take special safety precautions. Once

it splashes into the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
Store the product in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, away from sources of fire. Heat source.
Waste packaging materials, oil liquids, and waste residues should be handed over to qualified units for recycling

and disposal, and are prohibited from being discharged into water bodies or soil.
