1,This product is a phosphorus nitrogen type multifunctional anti-wear additive produced through chemical reactions and refining using phosphorus pentoxide, fatty alcohols, high carbon chain fatty amines, and other raw materials.

2,Product Features

It has multiple functions such as anti friction, corrosion inhibition, and rust prevention;

Light color, good oil solubility;

Good compatibility with other anti-wear additives;

It can reduce the dosage of corrosion inhibitors and other additives.

3,Scope of application and dosage

Can be used in gear oil, hydraulic oil, and other industrial equipment oils.

Reference dosage: 0.3% -1.0%.

5,Product packaging and acceptance

This product is packaged in 200L iron drums or BIC ton drums according to customer needs.

Product identification, sample retention, and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with SH/T0164 standard.

When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃, and the long-term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.

Product Appearance

Packaging and acceptance
This product is packaged in standard iron drums, or in BIC ton drums or other packaging forms according

to customer needs.
Product identification, sample retention, and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with

SH/T0164 standard.

Product storage, transportation, and compounding agent blending operations and precautions
The product shall be stored, loaded and unloaded in accordance with the SH/T0164 standard, and must be

clearly labeled during transportation, storage and use to prevent mixing and cross contamination with other

petroleum products;
When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃;
Long term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
Single dose and composite product shelf life: 24 months (at ambient temperature). After opening and using,

pay attention to sealed storage.

The products in this manual are non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and are similar to general

petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.
Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin during use, prevent accidental ingestion, and keep away

from children.
Wear protective gloves when using, and the operator does not need to take special safety precautions. Once

it splashes into the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
Store the product in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, away from sources of fire. Heat source.
Waste packaging materials, oil liquids, and waste residues should be handed over to qualified units for recycling

and disposal, and are prohibited from being discharged into water bodies or soil.
