Product Benefits
This formulation is a golden yellow to amber transparent thick liquid, synthesized through sulfurization of alkylphenol and sulfur-based reagents, followed by purification. It is a kind of sulfur-phenol advanced antioxidant.
Key Advantages
- Superior oxidation resistance and wear protection.
- Blends well with amine-based antioxidants, enhancing performance. Adding just 0.5% to engine oils with amine antioxidants can boost the oil’s performance rating by one level.
Applications & Usage
Ideal for engine oils, gear lubricants and industrial lubricants, including:
- Turbine oils
- Transformer insulating oils
- Hydraulic fluids
- Machinery lubricating oils
Recommended concentration: 0.1~1.0%
