Product Overview
This high-performance, cost-effective oil antioxidant is easy to use and serves as an excellent alternative to the more expensive BHT. It is primarily used in fuel oils, engine oils, and lubricating oils. Note: This product must not be added to edible oils.
Key Characteristics
- Appearance: Light yellow to orange oily liquid at room temperature.
- Solubility: Highly soluble in organic solvents (e.g., ethanol, butyl acetate, gasoline, toluene) but insoluble in water.
- Performance: Provides superior oxidation resistance, prevents gum formation, and blends well with oils.
