BSD-3727 Alkyl Acrylate of Thiophosphate Ester Antiwear Additive
Product Performance
This product is a synthesized ashless extreme pressure antiwear additive of acrylate of dialkyl dithiophosphate(ADDP), with performance superior to ZDDP products. It appears as a light-colored transparent liquid and can be compounded with sulfur-containing and phosphorus-containing antiwear agents and other functional additives, showing excellent compatibility.
Product Feature

- Good anti-emulsification performance and hydrolytic stability.
- Good thermal oxidation stability.
- Good oil solubility, and it can be used universally in paraffinic base oils, intermediate base oils and hydrogenated oils.
Scope of Application and Recommended Dosage
This product is used in ashless antiwear hydraulic oils, turbine oils, heavy and medium load industrial gear oils and other extreme pressure industrial oils.
Recommended dosage: 0.3~1.5%
