Impact Resistant Corrugated Polycarbonate Sheet Heat Insulation Plastic Poly Carbonate Sheet
The fire rating of polycarbonate corrugated roof panels is usually defined according to relevant national standards. In China, it is mainly based on the GB 8624 "Classification of Burning Behavior of Building Materials and Products" standard. The following are the specific contents:
GB 8624 standard classification: This standard divides the combustion performance of building materials and products into four levels: A, B1, B2, and B3.
Grade A: Non combustible materials such as stone, concrete, etc., will not burn in a fire and produce almost no heat or smoke.
B1 level: Flame retardant material with good flame retardancy. It is difficult to ignite, micro ignite, or carbonize when exposed to open flames or high temperatures in the air. Once the fire source is removed, the combustion or micro ignition will immediately stop. If the polycarbonate corrugated roof panel reaches B1 level, it indicates that it has a certain degree of fire resistance and can delay the spread of fire to a certain extent.
B2 level: Combustible material, which will immediately ignite and burn when exposed to open flames or high temperatures in the air, and the flame propagation speed is fast, but the combustion performance is better than B3 level materials.
B3 level: Flammable material, highly flammable, high fire hazard.
Fire rating determination of polycarbonate corrugated roof panels: Generally speaking, high-quality polycarbonate corrugated roof panels can meet the B1 fire rating standard after modification treatment such as adding flame retardants and testing by professional organizations. The detection process mainly includes testing the combustion characteristics, smoke production characteristics, combustion droplets/particles, and other aspects of the material. For example, under specified test conditions, the combustion time, combustion rate, presence of combustion droplets, and smoke generation of materials are measured, and their fire rating is determined based on the comprehensive performance of these indicators.
Different countries and regions may have different fire safety standards and testing methods, such as the EU's EN 13501-1 standard, the US's UL 94 standard, etc. If polycarbonate corrugated roof panels are used for export or in foreign projects, the fire rating needs to be defined and certified according to the corresponding national or regional standards.

1)Established a procedure to check products at all stages of the manufacturing process;Besides, we also developed a procedure which identifies the inspection and test status of all items at all stages of the manufacturing process.
2.How many different kinds of PC sheet you can product?
There are the following products: Glittering Polycarbonate Sheet,Multi-wall Structure Polycarbonate Sheet,Greenhouse Polycarbonate Sheet, General Polycarbonate Solid Sheet,Advertising Polycarbonate Sheet, Polycarbonate Embossed Sheet, Polycarbonate Frosted Sheet, Soundproof Polycarbonate Sheet, Greenhouse Polycarbonate Sheet etc.
3.We are in very high temperature country, twin wall polypropylene sheet can support?
A: Yes, Polycarbonate sheet Temperature Resistance can be:40 ~+120 degree centigrade
4.Do you take special orders ?
Yes , We accept customized products.
5. How to identify the UV side of the sheet?
A: The UV side is the side protected with the printed masking film. To avoid installing the sheet at the wrong side which will void the warranty, please ensure only to remove the masking film after the sheet has been installed.
6. How do I know that a twin wall polypropylene sheet has UV layer?
A: You can’t see the UV layer with the naked eyes. A laboratory test is required to prove this. Some international labs have this facility. Usually UV side layer will more thicker than the down side.
