PC-H type connector
Features: Produced using polycarbonate PC raw materials, resembling a "I" and "H" shape, with the same coefficient of expansion as polycarbonate raw materials homogenized with polycarbonate panels, making it less prone to gaps due to climate conditions.
Purpose: Mainly used for connecting boards, it plays a role in stabilizing boards and preventing joint leakage. The product can be equipped with solar panels on both sides, and fixed with screws between the two vertical three-dimensional ribs in the middle of the product to avoid water leakage from the screw holes and reduce damage to the edges of the board during screw installation.
PC-U-shaped border strip
Features: Also known as PC edge sealing or PC closure, it must be fixed with neutral silicone sealant. There are profiles suitable for different thicknesses of polycarbonate panels, which can make the two ends of the panel grid holes more beautiful and harmonious.
Usage: Mainly used for sealing both ends of the polycarbonate sheet to prevent dust, rainwater, and insects from entering the sheet holes, which may affect the service life and appearance of the sheet.
Aluminum pressure strip
Features: Mainly used for fixing and installing seams between PC boards, with screws, double-sided waterproof tape, and EPDM rubber strips to prevent rainwater leakage. It has a better effect and is non corrosive to the board. The thicker the PC board, the wider the width requirement for the aluminum pressure strip used.
Purpose: It plays a role in fixing PC boards and waterproofing, making the installation of PC boards more stable and the appearance more beautiful.
Up and down buckle aluminum pressure strip
Features: This product is divided into two aluminum materials with different shapes. The sun panel is firmly locked by two built-in three-dimensional upward serrated buckles, and the lower part is used for fixing. The screws are locked between two upright upward buckles, and then the arc-shaped upper cover is fastened to cover the screw installation point, with a smooth and beautiful surface.
Purpose: Used for fixing joints between boards on the skeleton, suitable for large-scale projects of 6-16mm polycarbonate and endurance boards.

5. How to identify the UV side of the sheet?
A: The UV side is the side protected with the printed masking film. To avoid installing the sheet at the wrong side which will void the warranty, please ensure only to remove the masking film after the sheet has been installed.
6. How do I know that a twin wall polypropylene sheet has UV layer?
A: You can’t see the UV layer with the naked eyes. A laboratory test is required to prove this. Some international labs have this facility. Usually UV side layer will more thicker than the down side.
