Material characteristics

Good light transmittance: The light transmittance can reach 80% -90%, close to glass, and the board treated with UV coating is not prone to yellowing or fogging even after long-term use, providing sufficient and stable light for plants.

Strong impact resistance: The impact resistance is 250 to 300 times that of ordinary glass, which can effectively resist harsh weather conditions such as hail and strong winds, and reduce the risk of damage to greenhouse structures.

Excellent insulation performance: The thermal conductivity is much lower than that of ordinary glass and other plastics, and the insulation effect is about 200 times higher than glass and about 8 times higher than ordinary plastic film. It can effectively reduce heat conduction, achieve warmth in winter and coolness in summer, and reduce energy consumption.

UV protection: One side is coated with an anti UV layer, which can block UV penetration and protect plants and indoor items from UV damage.

Lightweight: With only half the density of glass, it is easy to transport, handle, and install, reducing the burden on the supporting frame.

Good flame retardancy: Recognized as Class B1 flame retardant, with a self ignition point of 580 ℃, it can extinguish on its own after leaving the flame and does not release harmful gases during combustion.

Flexibility: It can be cold bent or hot bent on site according to the design drawings to form arched, semi-circular roofs and windows, with a minimum bending radius of 175 times its thickness.

Supporting facilities: often equipped with computer monitoring system, automatic control system, internal and external shading system, skylight and side window system, wet curtain and fan cooling system, infrared heating system, etc., to achieve precise environmental control and meet the needs of plant growth.
