The commonly used sealing methods for connecting polycarbonate sheets with aluminum profiles are as follows:

Use sealing tape

Material and characteristics: Generally, sealing strips made of EPDM rubber or silicone rubber are used. EPDM rubber strips have good weather resistance, aging resistance, and ozone resistance, while silicone rubber strips perform well in high and low temperature resistance, as well as good elasticity and sealing performance.

Installation method: Usually, a sealing strip installation groove is set in the slot or installation groove of the aluminum profile, and the sealing strip is embedded in it.
