1. Application scope:

    SWFL Series Vertical Ultra-Fine Grinder is a novel processing equipment designed for feed mills of all sizes. It processes coarsely crushed materials (e.g., corn, sorghum, grains, fishmeal) through pre-treatment steps including screening, magnetic separation, and mixing, then pulverizes them into ultra-fine particles. Particularly suitable for micro/ultra-fine grinding of aquatic feeds (shrimp, soft-shelled turtles, eels) and juvenile animal feeds.

2. Main features:

• A compact machine with streamlined appearance; 
• Wind separating, gravity separating and re-grinding can work simultaneously in one grinding chamber with grinding and grading completed at the same time; 
• Grinding particle size is adjustable from 60 to 200 meshes;
• Special carbide hammer slice is of good anti-wear performance;
• Grinding materials are kept in low temperature to maintain the nutrition of the products; 
• The feeder can remove iron and similar big hard particles;
•  Widely used for ultra-fine grinding of the raw materials such as corn, wheat, dry fish, shrimp shell, aginomoto, glucose, medicine, activated carbon.
