1. Application scope:

    The SWSP Series Hammer Mill is designed for efficient grinding of various granular feed materials, including maize, corn, wheat, soybean, sorghum, oil cake, and more. It is widely utilized in grain processing mills, feed mills, and related industries, particularly for coarse crushing in the poultry, livestock, and aquatic feed sectors.

2. Performance Features:

• This series is general-purpose hammer mill with mesh aperture of 1.5-3.0 mm;
• Grinding chamber adopts drop-shaped structure and the lower part is equipped with secondary grinding chamber and shearing device to improve grinding efficiency;
• The special design allows two kinds of gap between hammer and screen to meet the requirement of different granularity;
• Welding carbide material is used on the working surface of hammer to extend its service life;
• Rotor and motor are mounted in one heavy base and realize direct transmission with one pin coupling. Rotor can work in positive and negative directions with dynamic balance test;
• Widely used to produce materials of various sizes, such as corn, sorghum, wheat and bean.
