System Components

1. Weighing & Packaging Machine: Measures material using fast/slow dual-speed feeding; the feeder opening is adjustable to balance speed and accuracy.

2. Bag Magazine: Holds up to 400 empty bags. Bags are picked by suction cups and transferred to the auto bagging unit. A photoelectric sensor detects bag height and adjusts the elevator automatically to keep bags within pickup range.

3. Bag Feeding Device: Transfers empty bags from the magazine to the bag opening platform.

4. Automatic Bagging Device: Opens the bag and uses a mechanical arm to clamp the empty bag onto the bag holder for filling.

5. Bag Shifting Device: Flattens and aligns the bag mouth after filling, then transfers the bag onto the conveyor belt.

6. Edge Straightener: Keeps the filled bag mouth upright to ensure smooth label application.

7. Automatic Labeler: Applies labels to the bag mouth as it passes through the chain-type edge straightener.

8. Chain-Type Edge Straightener: Works with the conveyor belt to smoothly deliver the bag and label to the sewing machine.

9. Bag Sewing Machine: Stitches the bag mouth and label securely.

10. Vacuum System: A maintenance-free system consisting of vortex vacuum pump, safety valve, pipeline valve, air filter, metal piping, plastic hose, and vacuum suction cups, supplying suction for bag pickup, transfer, and opening.

11. Safety Guardrails: Installed on both sides of the conveyor belt to prevent personnel from entering high-speed moving parts, avoiding injury.

12. Electrical Control Cabinet: Includes PLC, control instruments, inverter, touchscreen, servo cylinder controller, transformer, circuit breaker, relays, thermal relay, switch buttons, and cabinet enclosure.
