    Daily saving: 15% of electricity consumption from the peak to the valley, assuming that the peak and valley tariffs are 1.07 yuan/degree, 0.26 yuan/degree, respectively; then the savings in electricity costs: 13,000*15%*(1.07-0.26)=1579.5 CNY
