1.Full Stainless Steel Design
The feeder and conditioner are made entirely of stainless steel. The conditioning shaft and paddles are corrosion-resistant, durable, and have an elegant appearance. The large inspection door design makes cleaning and maintenance easy.
2.Durable Feeding Components
The feeding pipe, door cover, locating ring, and feeding tray are all made of stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life.
3.High-Quality Pelletizing Chamber
The liner, roller adjustment device, and scraper knife are all made of 304 stainless steel. The improved roller adjustment mechanism provides higher output and stable performance.
4.Reliable Power Transmission
Equipped with a high-strength SPB narrow V-belt drive system, offering smooth operation, low noise, and reduced maintenance cost.
5.Continuous Lubrication System
The main shaft can be lubricated without stopping the machine. An automatic lubrication system is also available as an option.
