This equipment features an integrated design of drying and sintering, innovatively combining the drying and sintering processes.It effectively saves processes, space and labor, and significantly improves production efficiency.

The equipment adopts advanced heating and temperature control methods, with fast heating rate.Among them, the sintering section uses multi-point temperature control, and the temperature uniformity of the high-temperature platform can reach within ±2℃, ensuring stable product performance.

The precise atmosphere control system enables full degreasing of products and uniform sintering temperature, resulting in excellent product consistency.

The furnace chamber is made of imported low heat capacity, high thermal insulation and refractory materials. The inner chamber surface adopts full ceramic curing technology, ensuring high furnace cleanliness, energy saving and environmental protection.

The cooling method combines natural cooling, forced air cooling and circulating water cooling. The cooling rate can be customized according to the product process gradient to prevent product deformation and cracking.

In response to the requirements of clean rooms, the equipment can optimize the layout design of the control system. While meeting process requirements, it facilitates equipment operation and monitoring.
