Automatic Manure Cleaning System
PP conveyor belt with unique properties: high tensile strength, impact resistance, corrosion resistant, low-temperature resistant (can work in -50 degree centigrade), good toughness , low friction, which can adapt to various working environment abroad.
The Chain Feeding System
• Chain feeding is characterized by fast feeding, low noise and stable operation.
• The feeding is evenly distributed and the old feed will be renovated.
• Each layer of feeding line operates independently, not affected the chicken
feeding during the operation.
• The feeding line includes safety pins, and the motor is overloaded and cut to
protect the motor.
• Stable and reliable operation and low maintenance requirements.
• Scraper feeding, no lubrication and maintenance, high cost-effective.
• Drive at the corner position, with greater torque, and stronger feeding capacity, faster speed .
• The chain has moderate hardness, high tensile strength, large bearing tension, not easy to deform and low elongation. 110 spring feeding line, 2 motor driven, with transit box as standard.
• The corner structure is optimized, and the new corner structure is simpler, which can prevent blocking, overowing and holding of the feed.
