Stainless steel design for internal components, to avoid leakage. 360 degree rotatable, convenient for drinking.
Reinforced Cage Wire
Different wire diameters: bottom mesh upper/crosswise wire: 2.5mm for good elasticity and reduced broken egg rate; bottom/lengthways wire: 3.0mm for cage strength.
Premium Wire Construction
Q235 material, hot galvanized for strength, elasticity and anti-corrosion. Unique bottom propping wire improves support without affecting elasticity. 8 degree pitch minimizes broken egg rate.
Durable Egg Collecting Belt
Uses latest nylon material, strong and durable. Unique tightening design to adjust tightness of the egg belt.
Self-Cleaning Egg Belt
Unique brush design to clean the egg belt incessantly while eggs are being collected.
Efficient Manure Removal System
Nylon material, strong and durable, can realize secondary manure scraping. Motor driven for stronger power and smooth operation. Interlock design for thorough manure clearing.
Advanced Manure Belt Design
When released, clears sundries between scraper and rubber roller. Rubber roller at rear end adjusts belt tightness using rubber property to prevent manure belt deviation.
