Our chocolate enrober machine facilitates the complete production process for nut-coated chocolate bars. The automated line creates centers (chocolate, nougat, caramel, or wafer), coats them in liquid chocolate, and immediately covers them with nuts before the chocolate sets through sequential automated equipment.

Chocolate Preparation
Solid chocolate undergoes melting and tempering - a critical process that stabilizes cocoa butter through precise heating and cooling. This ensures final products have glossy shine, firm snap, and prevents fat bloom.
Nut Preparation
Nuts (almonds, peanuts, hazelnuts) are roasted, blanched, and chopped to specific sizes. They're maintained at optimal temperatures to prevent chocolate temperature shock during coating.
Cooling & Setting
Nut-covered chocolate bars travel through multi-zone cooling tunnels where temperature is precisely controlled for proper chocolate crystallization. This prevents cracking and ensures perfect appearance.
Packaging
Solidified bars are automatically wrapped in foil, film, or paper-backed foil using flow wrappers and foil wrapping machines, then collated into boxes for shipping.
