This semi-automatic hydraulic forming machine is developed for compressing palm sugar (gula melaka / jaggery) powder and granules into solid palm sugar bricks and blocks. It is suitable for palm sugar producers, coconut sugar factories and natural sweetener processing plants.
Work flow: Manual feeding → Automatic hydraulic pressing → Embossing logo/pattern → Automatic demolding → Manual collect finished blocks.

- Worker spreads powder evenly into mold cavity.
- Start cycle: hydraulic cylinder goes down to compress powder under preset pressure. Logo/pattern embossed during pressing.
- Press head lifts up, automatic ejection pushes finished block out from mold.
- Worker takes out finished blocks, moves to packing or curing area.
- Refill powder for next production cycle.
Note: Machine only completes pressing forming. Post drying/curing may be required depending on raw material and binder used.
