17-4PH Stainless Steel Powder for 3D Printing PTA & Laser Cladding
Product Overview
Our 17-4PH Stainless Steel Powder is a high-performance precipitation-hardening martensitic stainless steel specifically engineered for additive manufacturing (3D printing), plasma transferred arc (PTA) welding, and laser cladding applications. Produced via argon gas atomization, this powder delivers exceptional sphericity, low porosity, and superior mechanical properties after heat treatment.
With its unique combination of high strength, corrosion resistance, and hardness, 17-4PH is widely used across aerospace, oil & gas, marine, and industrial tooling applications.
