1. Equipment introduction
The M-LED glass edge light detector is an auxiliary device designed in accordance with the requirements of the national standard GB11614-2009 "Flat Glass" and is used to detect the appearance defects of the flat glass. It is also suitable for the appearance defect detection of tempered glass, hollow glass, laminated glass, automotive glass and other various glasses.
The glass edge light detector uses a lighting method combining green light source and white light source, and can detect the front and side (section) of the sample respectively. Various defects such as scratches, trachoma, and bubbles on the glass surface and inside can be clearly detected.
2. Principle
The CM-LED glass edge light detector is equipped with an LED light source in the closed light box. There is an open slit on the light box. The glass is inserted horizontally into the slit, and the light enters from the glass cross-section. Due to the diffuse of various defects on the glass, the defects show bright spots on the glass plate surface, so that the various defects of the sample being tested can be clearly seen. At the same time, the front light detection mode of the instrument can be turned on, so that the light can be illuminated from the front of the glass to facilitate detection of defects.
