Continuous Laboratory Coater Modular Coating Station Machine 
1. Product introduction
It is a high precision combined coating station mechanism assembly, continuous coating mildew-proof or with experimental rate micro hot melt coating laminating machine small batch production. Hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive can be directly coated on the heat-resistant substrate, can also be coated on the release pad, and then the film is transferred to different surface materials, such as paper, non-woven (inelastic) plastic model metal film.

2. Performance characteristics
The whole machine is assembled with high precision modular coating station structure.
The micrometer is used as the dividing head to accurately adjust the film clearance of the upper and lower rubber wheels to control the film thickness. The minimum glue thickness is 0.01mm. When setting the thickness, the rubber wheel can be indirectly locked to prevent the gap from changing.
Maximum coating width is 300mm (effective coating width is 280mm). The width of the hike is adjusted by two teflon baffles in the rubber groove. It can be glued to an infinite length, and can be automatically rewound.
Forward and reverse stepless speed regulation, the best coating speed: 4.5 MeMIN (speed 2-4.5 MeMIN adjustable) unwinding drum adjustable knob to change tension unwinding. Rewinding reels can be mechanically adjusted to control rewinding.
The heating rod, rubber wheel and rubber groove can be quickly disassembled, separated from the body to remove the residual glue.
