1. Introduction
1. LQ-5M drop ball impact tester is designed according to the technical requirements of GB15763.3 "Laminated Glass" and is used to detect the drop ball impact peeling performance of laminated glass. It can also meet the technical requirements of GB15762.2 "Tempered Glass".

2. Functional Description

The equipment consists of an impact test tower and an impact sample holder. The test tower needs to be fixed on a wall. The electromagnetic device carrying the ball is driven up and down by a reduction motor through a steel wire rope. According to the requirements of the standard, limit switches are set at 1000mm, 1200mm, 1500mm, 1900mm, 2400mm, 3000mm, 3800mm, and 4800mm from the sample to select the specific height to which the steel ball needs to be lifted. There is a steel ball release button on the control box. Pressing it can make the steel ball fall freely. Users can select the specific height to which the steel ball needs to be lifted through the control box. There is a steel ball release button on the control box. 3. Equipment composition
It consists of a lifting device, a ball drop device, a sample support frame and an operating table.
