1.Description

Automatic Drying Tester for Ink is suitable for testing the drying time of ink. The tester consists of a rotating cylinder, a weight wheel and a touch screen. When working, the rotating cylinder rotates at a constant speed and the weight wheel moves at a constant speed along the axis of the rotating cylinder. The sample is applied to parchment paper (film length 30 cm), which is then attached to the rotating cylinder. If the ink is not completely dry, the weight wheel leaves a mark on the blank space of the parchment until the end of the test. The test result is obtained by calculating the ink marks on the parchment and the operating speed of the rotating cylinder.
