1.Description

The Digital Emulsification Tester is specially designed to comply with the ASTM D 4942 standard and is used for the rapid determination of water absorption of offset printing inks and their binders in the laboratory. The instrument adopts a double-frame planetary stirring method. Through the shearing and dispersion effects, the non-miscible liquid droplets in the tank are refined and dispersed, and circulate within the tank to achieve a uniform emulsified state. The instrument adopts programmable control, and the LCD screen displays the working parameters and operating status of the instrument. It features simple operation, reliable performance and flexible and convenient use. If the user has special requirements for the rotational speed of the stirring paddle, they can also be met by modifying the programming parameters (this needs to be specified separately when placing an order).
